Call center agent - Telemarketer (M/F)

Answers customer telephone calls to provide advice and solutions over the phone. Its main missions are to inform, build loyalty, sell products or services and handle complaints.

Account manager (M/F)

His/her main missions are to develop, manage and develop the loyalty of his/her portfolio of customers to whom he/she sells products and/or services. He/she must also understand the needs of his/her customers in order to propose appropriate solutions.

Sales Manager (M/F)

Is in charge of a customer base in a given geographical area. He/she may also specialize in a particular product or customer category. His/her main tasks are to manage a team, monitor results and implement strategies to boost sales.

Point of sale salesperson (M/F)

Main responsibilities include selling products to private customers in accordance with trade regulations and the company’s sales strategy and objectives. He/she is in contact with customers, and liaises with various departments and stakeholders (floor manager, store manager, maintenance, delivery, etc.).

Point of sale manager (M/F)

Carries out the commercial and administrative management of a small or medium-sized sales outlet and develops its commercial profitability. He/she directs and manages the structure.

Sales representative (M/F)

Works closely with sales staff. He/she handles office and administrative tasks and is responsible for increasing a company’s sales. His role is to maintain and develop the existing customer portfolio, and to enrich it with new prospects.

Field sales (M/F)

Ensures his company’s sales actions. Visit The salesperson’s main tasks can be divided into 3 main areas: prospecting, negotiating and managing all operations linked to the sale of a product.

Sales Manager (M/F)

Main task is to manage a team. He/she manages the interface between management and sales representatives. He/she supervises the sales team to improve the sales force and increase sales.

Sales technician (M/F)

Main responsibilities include prospecting for professional customers, proposing technical solutions based on customer needs, and negotiating the commercial terms of the sale. He/she can coordinate a sales team and lead a sales network.
