The search begins with the publication of a detailed and comprehensive advertisement, which is then distributed through various channels to ensure maximum visibility.
By collecting applications via our high-performance in-house tool, we can obtain and evaluate the best candidates in the shortest possible time.
We carry out an initial selection by telephone interviews, followed by individual assessment interviews, supplemented by personality tests, skills tests, role-playing exercises, know-how and interpersonal skills.
Our consultants research and verify the educational, professional and personal backgrounds of potential candidates. Check diplomas, certificates, criminal records, training courses, work permit, passport, driving license (points), internet and social network searches.
We systematically validate candidates’ references by contacting previous employers directly to confirm skills and personality traits.
PROELITE STAFF will send you a selection of candidates: a complete file including background and skills, a summary of the interview and personality assessment, as well as an analysis of the suitability for the position to be filled.
