Tax reduction or credit
Each year, we issue our customers with a tax certificate summarizing all the expenses incurred in the previous year.
Simply attach it to your tax return and fill in the appropriate box to benefit from the 50% tax reduction or credit.
The vote on the 2011 Finance Act maintains the 50% tax benefits for individuals using a duly registered personal services company.
You can benefit from a tax reduction or credit of 50%, up to a limit of
12,000 (in expenses) per year per tax household (in application of article 199 sexdecies of the French General Tax Code). This €12,000 ceiling is increased by €1,500 for each dependent child or ascendant over 65, up to a total limit of €15,000.
You can also use the Chèque Emploi Service Universel, a nominative payment voucher based on the Ticket Restaurant model. Part or all of the cost is covered by the employer or another organization. You can use them to pay your bills (no extra charge). With CESU, you also benefit from a tax reduction or credit of 50% on the amount remaining to be paid by you.
